These are deals where members can bid for a specific booking. The highest bidder gets the deal.

Are the advertised dates on special offers fixed or can I choose my own dates?
The dates on special offers are fixed and cannot be changed. All bookings cannot be exchanged for cash neither are special offers cancelable or refundable.

Can I cancel my booking at any time?
Bookings that were purchased during a special offer are non-refundable.
Please note that changing of dates is considered a cancelation and is not permitted.

How can I become a Member?
You can follow the Membership Tab on our website to become a member.
It is currently a once-off payment of R299.00 per year.

Do Members Earn Points?
Yes, as part of the members benefit, there are many ways members can earn points. Members can then which redeem these points for a variety of rewards.
Points can only be redeemed for participating merchant items directly through Summerlane World Travel.

Is there a limit to the number of bookings I can make in a year?
No, there is no limit to the number of payable bookings a member can make in a year.

What is a bidder's deposit/credit
Before a member can place an offer, a bidder's deposit of R500.00 is required. This amount is refundable on request.
In the event that a bidder wins the offer, the deposit is paid towards the booking and the balance required within 24 hours. Failure to make the required payment results in losing the bid and forfeiting the credit.
